Dayany Peredo is an energetic and accomplished recruiting professional with nearly 10 years of experience recruiting and consulting for Fortune top 10 companies and midsize companies.

A purpose-driven leader with a track record of delivering results, she has demonstrated an ability to navigate rapid change, solve problems, innovate recruiting programs, and collaborate with key stakeholders in support of recruiting business goals and objectives.

Dayany is an insightful recruiter, with a highly people-focused attitude, and authentic communicator whose work complements her personal purpose, which is to be of service to others.

Dayany and her family immigrated to Dallas when she was eight years old. Like most working-class immigrants and women of color, every day required her best effort and nothing came easy. As a leader and business owner, her only mission is to empower others to achieve their dreams like others believed in her. Dayany intends to lead Colleague with that same spirit by never giving up until her clients are on their path to success.
